Intelligence With Intention
I’m Teresa Escrig—AI scientist, technologist, and spiritual being—on a mission to help conscious individuals reach self-actualization with the support of artificial intelligence.
My life’s work sits at the intersection of humanity and technology. For over 30 years, I’ve studied intelligence in all its forms: logical, emotional, relational, and intuitive. Whether I’m speaking on stage, consulting global organizations, or writing about AI and consciousness, I bring the same conviction:
We cannot build intelligent machines without bringing our full intelligence as humans to the process.
The Beginning
My journey began in one of the first computer science programs in Valencia, Spain. By my mid-20s, I was teaching at the university level and conducting pioneering research in symbolic AI, robotics, and qualitative reasoning. I earned my PhD in Artificial Intelligence by exploring how machines could process and relate to the world more like humans.
Since then, I’ve led AI initiatives at companies like Microsoft and Accenture, authored four books and 130+ academic publications, and earned multiple patents. My specialty: hybrid AI systems that integrate human-like reasoning with machine efficiency.
Spiritual Awakening
At age 25, I had a spontaneous out-of-body experience that transformed how I understood life, mind, and reality. It marked the beginning of a decades-long spiritual inquiry through meditation, consciousness studies, and esoteric traditions.
This awakening gave me the clarity to see that intelligence isn’t just cognitive. It’s relational. Embodied. Energetic.
It taught me that AI’s true potential lies not just in what it can automate, but also in how it can illuminate who we are.
Spirituality has continued to guide me through life, from starting new companies to moving to the United States.
The Builder’s Path
Before entering consulting and thought leadership, I built AI from the ground up across startups, corporations, and complex global systems.
I founded two AI startups: Cognitive Robots and Qualitative Artificial Intelligence, developing pioneering neuro-symbolic systems for decision-making, robotics, and genomics.
Later, I joined Microsoft and Accenture, where I helped Fortune 500 companies embed responsible AI into their business models. I’ve led projects on autonomous vehicles, DNA sequencing, and model validation, earning multiple patents along the way.
These years taught me how to blend entrepreneurial agility with corporate strategy and how to make AI not just smarter but also more transparent, explainable, and human-aligned.

What Fuels Me Now
Today, I work at the convergence of AI, consciousness, and human transformation.
I’ve pioneered research in qualitative reasoning and neuro-symbolic AI that’s still shaping how we think about transparency, ethics, and autonomy in modern systems.
I partner with companies, leaders, and conscious creators to implement AI that’s not just intelligent but meaningful. Through consulting, I help organizations design future-ready products, frameworks, and strategies that reflect innovation and integrity.
I also lead AI for Conscious Creators, a growing library of online courses for visionary entrepreneurs, educators, and changemakers who want to use AI mindfully. It’s part of my broader mission to make AI education accessible, empowering, and aligned with our human potential.
As a speaker, I bring these ideas to global stages; sharing stories, frameworks, and tools that connect technology with purpose.
I lead with one core truth:

I’m on a mission to help conscious individuals and business owners reach self-actualization and their full human potential with AI.
We’re standing at a threshold. AI is showing up in relationships, workplaces, and our sense of self. That means we need new frameworks, new language, and new models of what leadership, intelligence, and impact really mean.
My vision is a future where AI doesn’t replace human potential, but awakens it.

Where she leads the Responsible AI (RAI) workstream. Teresa’s efforts in developing RAI components and evangelizing them internally are crucial for moving sensitive use cases from PoC to MVP and for helping business owners trust and engage in AI systems.

I live at the intersection of where logic meets intuition, where spiritual awareness meets advanced systems thinking. My lens is rare because it’s lived. I’ve spent decades building symbolic
AI models, teaching engineering students, earning patents… and just as long exploring consciousness, creativity, and the inner world that shapes it all.
I bring a way of seeing that holds both precision and presence. That builds systems without losing soul.
My lens allows me to:
- Spot blind spots in how we’re approaching AI, especially the unconscious assumptions embedded in its logic.
- Guide leaders through personal and systemic transformation simultaneously.
- Help organizations unlock breakthrough thinking by connecting technical strategy with human purpose.
- Reframe AI as a catalyst for self-realization, not just efficiency.
